On a totally different love kind of level, I also LOVE Shark Week! Yay, I cannot wait for it to start, I’ve got my tivo all ready to go! James teases me, he says I’m too obsessed, but then whent i starts he gets just as excited and always checks the tivo to make sure it’s going strong with all kinds of killer shark shows! So I know he’s secretly excited that I’m smitten on it, because otherwise he would have to admit he is.

I am doing my first VA Momtog photo class tomorrow, and I’m super excited! I’ve had so much fun doing them out in CA, and I cannot wait to teach these ladies how to put those expensive cameras to use!!

I have created a monster!
I first picked up an SLR camera in High School, and ever since then I have made my little sister and her friends model for me, haha. Well, recently I’ve come to realize that using her so much for practice has backfired. Now every time I go home I have to do photos of her, the girl is obsessed. It’s ok though, she’s gorgeous, and we always have tons of fun! Here’s some of my faves from the pics I did this month for her and Mike – and yes, this is the same boyfriend, and even though they aren’t even engaged, this is like their 3rd “engagement” type session, haha.

I missed posting this pic around the 4th since I was on vacation, but I still want to share it
Back home they shoot the fireworks over the lake and everyone goes out on their boats to watch, it’s so much fun, and makes for an amazing view! Enjoy,
